If it doesnt want to crank, dont even bother with ignition timing.

If you have it on a stand and it doesnt want to turn over with a breaker (or is too tight and noisy, and the noise has nothing to do with any accessories or components not apart of the long block), now is the time to contact the vendor/manufacturer and get their input.

well i am takin the motor back tomarrow they have a new one for me but trhey want to inspect the motor first ?any body have a ny ideas what might of happend like i said it has neverd fired and was well primed only cranked 20 times then seized ?feels like crank bearing to me ????

the only thing you can really do is turn it over as much as you can and inspect parts to see if anything seems out of place. Perhaps someone put a super torquing on you main caps? I don't think that'd cause your problems. Only way to know for sure is to tear it down if nothing seems obvious up front
