99 cobra help

I just finished my these mods for my car. I went to start it up and it will not start .
Right now its up on jack stands 4(6 tons jack stands)
It cranks but not start can someone please help?
Optima Red top battery
bassani headers
bbk underdrive pulleys
2004 cobra stearing rack
powdercoated my valve covers and upperintake
Maximum motorsport stop hop kit
eibach pro springs
tokico adj shocks and struts
sct MAF
Diablo MAFia
Diablo Revolution chip
JLT cold air intake
Egr deleted
fuel filter
Pauls high performance aluminum drive shaft
Maximum motorsports differential kit
steeda stop hop kit
changed the oil
flushed the the coolant
meziere electric waterpump with 30amp relay

I did notice my positive battery cable is heating up

Wow man, that is a lot at once. Unplug the water pump and see if the battery cable still gets warm. You must have a short somewhere for that to happen.

connnect an ammeter to it and track down your leak. It will be pretty large if the cable is hot

make sure your getting fuel to the injectors also, pull the fuel line and have someone hold it into a plastic bottle , crank and see if fuel is running
