I have a set of control arms now the the metal bushings and the are noisy as hell. I am looking for a good set of control arms that are quite but work for a lil racing and street duty. I was thinking about getting the maximum motorsport extream lowers and they recommend the heavy duty ford upper control arms but they look alot like the stock uppers. Any suggestions want to get rid of the junk I have now with something that works well.

The Ford Racing uppers are the same stamping at the stockers, but with some slightly stiffer bushings. You really can't go wrong with Maximum Motorsports.

I'll be putting on my extreme duty lowers come this weekend. If I wasn't going to go with a torque arm, I'd be throwing in a set of the Ford Racing uppers at the same time. I'll let you know how the lowers look and perform when I get them in.

they are going do suggest a set of adjustable with nothing firmer than a heavy duty rubber bushing. this is in order to protect your box mounting point in the frame anything firmer will give you a very harsh ride and possible damage it. they should also recomend weight jacker adjustable lowers so you can control ride height.
