anyone know stock compression?

does anyone know where i can find the stock compression ratio for the 94-98 v6 mustang heads and the heads off of a 1990 supercoupe thunderbird? im looking to port & polish a set of heads i have laying around so theyd be ready to bolt on without any down time, but the heads i have a re in great shape off of a SC 3.8.

i realize the ratios are ultimately determined by the pistons too, but i guess im really looking for the combustion chamber cc's for each head.

Ok here you go according to my mitchell on demand the Mustang 3.8 is 9.0 to 1 and the supercoop is 8.2 to 1. Hope this helps

If you sold those on either www.3.8mustang.com or www.v6power.com you could get enough money to buy you a set of spare stock heads. I wouldn't run that low of a compression as those are meant for a supercharged engine....

Yeah 8.2 is more or less suited for supercharged apps to reduce detonation.

I'd stick with the higher ratio as it will make more power.
