Ok, so I just got off the phone with RPM Outlet...again. Many of you probably remember my previous post comparing them to UPR. I called today and asked where my coils were that I ordered on March 7th. Again, I was told that I might get them in 2-3 weeks minimum. I asked if there was anything they could do and of course I got the, "Let me talk to my manager" line. After he got back on the phone he said since the coils were part of one of their kits that they could not give me a full refund for them. I can understand that. So, they gave me $150 store credit plus a $20 in store coupon. After I talked to the guy for a few minutes he told me that the owners went and cleaned house getting rid of and replacing almost everyone due to numerous complaints about the service. I can tell a difference over the past few months, so that's a good thing. Anyways, to end my rambling, I took my $170 credit and ordered the SLP Roll Control/Line Loc kit and a Hurst T handle shifter with the button on the side. I'll let you guys know how that works out and then how the roll control/shifter handle work out.

RPM Outlets customer service is nonexistent and you will find
they have nothing but a bunch of monkeys behind their phones.
They are notorious for selling and shipping you the wrong parts
and leaving you screwed.I would NEVER give RPM Outlet my
business in a million years .To the original poster it sounds
like they were just blowing more smoke up your arse purchase
your parts from somewhere else and save yourself the misery.

Never had a problem with UPR that wasn't resolved within 48 hours.

RPM on the other hand will never get my buisiness unless they have an exlusive item I NEED and even then it will be hard to click "complete transaction"
