Pray for my Dad please....

I drove 300 miles to go see him, we fished all day saturday, had a good time. We were eating supper that night at his house in memphis, smelled burning wires, and 10 minutes later it was all gone. All burned up just like that. We got 2 out of 3 of his dogs out, but the old dog ran back in and it was too late.

He had insurance and all that, but his spirit needs mending, his name is Harold for those of you who can pray or maybe even put his name on a prayer list at your local church.

Thanks in advance, especially to God for keeping us all safe, it could have been much worse.

I only wish we lost my parents house on April 19th...we lost my dad..pneumonia is a real sneaky thing and took "Pop" away. Man do I miss him!!!

thank god you and your pop are okay,material things can be replaced but life is so prescious( check spell). i lost my mom 6 months ago and i missed her to this day.i will keep your pop in my prayer and be safe

Praying a bunch for both of you. Losing a house is terrible..... losing all the stuff that makes a house "a home" is 100 times worse.

Losing a Dad. News of this past weekend bring home to me the fact that losing a Dad is somewhere so far off the charts in terms of "very bad".........

Right now I really miss my Dad, too. Even if it's been 17 years since he passed.

oh mna, that sucks. a few weeks back my neighbor across the street was at work and his house caught on fire, i was picking my daughter up at school and didn't know his dog Axle was in the house until the fire chief said the dog didn't make it.
