Trav,

What do you mean stock 302 rails? The rails on the car are Cobra R specific. Where were you running into problems?

the front hose that goes between the rails is not long enough which causes the fuel rails to bow out and the injectors to not seat properly. I didnt realize they swapped the fuel rails over as well. For whatever reason its just not fitting on the TFS lower.

Yeah man...check the parts number sticker on there. Pure cobra r part :) Don't hack that if you haven't already. Maybe do the aftermarket rails to stock line adaptor bit?

Not really doing anything to the rails, just getting a longer fuel line hose to connect the two rails together. For some reason that line in the front is to short for the TFS lower and its just not fitting right.

Yeah me to, didnt reach the goal of having it done for the track tonight but this latest fuel line thing pushed everything back. He would have had it done by now. Im hoping everything else goes well and I'll be able to go to the track next weds.

Jimmy PM me your # again I dont have it anymore, just in case I have some quick questions.

rwhp numbers?

old numbers are in my sig when it had the Cobra intake, 90MM Mass air meter and Crower 15112 camshaft.

Stop by real quick today just to see how it was coming along and to post up a few progress pics. Its so close to being done.

Looking great!

Thanks, target date to pick it up is this weds then a trip to the track on weds night. Only thing that really sucks is that I wont be able to run my weld rims and MT DR's until I get longer wheel studs in the back b/c they do not come out through the lug nuts, the busted my balls about it in tech last time and if I want to be able to get the car back for the track this weds there is just not enough time to do the studs to. So Ive decided to just run my cobra rims w/ my Nittos (barf) but at least I'll be able to get a new MPH to see where Im at over all. Figured Id get the wheel studs done after I get some MM LCA

IT RUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 3 weeks it was finally started up today. Just waiting on a new air filter that will be at the shop tomorrow then I'll be picking it up on weds and heading to the track. Cant wait to see how it feels w/ the new parts :D

Everything is on and its ready to go. Running a little rough b/c it needs a chip but I planned on getting one anyway. It was finished up this morning and I got a call from the shop, chris said and I quote "IT F'ING RIPS!!!!" Just want I wanted to hear :D, hes taking it over night to his house to make sure there are no last min issues and I'll be picking it up in the morning. I'll post up some new pics and as long as everything is good to go I'll be off to the track that night. He said its pretty much blowing the tires off in first gear haha. This is just step one, also needs a dyno tune and longer wheel studs in the rear so I can run my MT DR's w/ the weld rims. I'll have to run the Nittos tomorrow night on my Cobra R rim so my 60' times wont be that great but I really just want my MPH. Step 2 and 3 include the dyno tune and MM LCA. Hoping to have it all wrapped up in Aug.
