... and I must say, I did very well, I expected to loose... DUH! he dynoed at 355rwhp and I have the S2, and just an o/r xpipe! No gears, no nothing.

He maybe got about 1-2 cars away from me on the highway. 2gear and 3third, we were neck to neck till I hit my 4th! then he pulled. :(

But I did think I did ok....:nice:


Tomorrow I have a dyno appointment... so we should see what the car dynoes from SALEEN... (expect for the midpipe).:flag:

Post up your dyno results! you should have done the mod that im doing, could have gained 20hp at least. I'll be going to the dyno tomarrow, i had to modify my design a little because it blocked the circle whole from under the supercharger that goes to the bypass valve, but now it looks alot better and looks like it will work wonders. Ill post my results tomarrow after the dyno. Im curious what you will get today, also what mods do you have?

For being so close to stock you did very well:nice:.

Upgrade your blower and it will be a different outcome next time. I spanked one a few weeks ago myself. Still waiting to see how long/if I can hang with a ZO6.

Your at 600rwhp! you should spank the z06! stock they only dyno at 488ish to the wheels... and that was with a CAI, exhaust and tune.

SAD TO SAY!!!! My damn car only dynoed 282.63 rwhp and 326.83rwtq.:shrug:

but in my defense I drove about 40miles to the dyno and only had an hour to let it cool...

They were also having problems with the tack lead and the first actual pull was 179rwhp and 352rwtq! lol... So unless the lead was still acting up thats my stock numbers.
On my way home I stopped at a muffler shop and took the Borlas off and put SLP LM1's on it! :D Sounds like I own a LS1...

I will see if I can remove the paint of the heat exchanger tomorrow, and install the 66mm pulley.

488rwhp in a car that weighs in at around 3100lbs.
That's no joke.
It's also a road race car, not a drag car, that runs 11's on factory tires at 125mph (even reports of 10's on standard radials).
Of course it can be beat, any car can, but match it up against other cars on a matching type of tires, on a road race suspension, and it's unlikely to lose to almost anything that exists.
It puts the power to the ground like no other car i've ever been in.

600rwhp is alot, but it's only on par with 488 in a car that is much lighter.
 
The Z06 weighs alot less than our cars. That's why I am unsure of how it would do. FWIW when I had mine dyno tuned with the series 2 and 66mm pulley it put down 333/355ish.

I have the stock pulley at the dyno... I just thought that since the torque was 326.83... the HP should had been like right at 300ish. I think that the Tack lead was still acting up and didnt quite give me an accurate reading.:shrug:
