Yup, no truck release inside the car. Pretty silly. It would make sense on a convertible so someone doesn't steal your **** if you leave the top down but on the coupe it's just dumb.
Sure there's a trunk release in the car. Climb into the back seats right at the shoulder level you'll find the seat release, pull that, climb in the trunk and reach for the glowing handle. And Voila! Open Sesame!
Always have the fob when I'm in the car.
I don't see a need for a button.
If down the line I think otherwise I'll either follow that installation tip, or just velcro my extra fob in the glove box.
