Like a vinyl of that as big as possible on the back window of my car. My 03 mustang gt is black and I am going to get black tint on my windows first but I was just curious as to what you guys think. Just do the original white color for the skull on the back window or do something different like silver or black in silver outline to match my car?

Another question. When I get my windows tinted will the dot matrix at the top bother me once it's tinted?

If you compete in Tap Out or something simular I think its fitting.

Just remember as your racing around town or fly through a neighborhood you've never been in before those people are going to remember your car because now its very unique and stands out. Ive never run any type of special badges or stickers just for that reason. When I blow by an off duty cop going ludicris speed hes going to see a black mustang...yup theres hundreds of us, hes not going to want to punish the punisher.:p

Thats just my opinion.

Im not a big fan of stickers on mustangs so I would take a roll of limo tint and have a sticker shop put in in thier machine and have them cut out the punisher. Tint your windows then put the punisher tint over the real tint. It will look twice as dark where the punisher is without having a big white monstrosity on the back window. It will look sick, like ghost flames. To get rid of the dot matrix have the tint shop put vinyl where the dots are. It keeps the dots from looking white and you dont loose any rear visibility because the dots are so high on the window.

hm that sounds like a good idea. Will the punisher skull still be more than enough visible?

It will be visible to someone sitting behind you in traffic or someone looking at your car at a show or something. You can even see it at night because headlights will shine through the tint around it. Lots of custom trucks do stuff like that aroung here. It is like ghost flames though so you wont be able to see it from everywhere. It does add a nice custom touch though. Imagine seeing that at a car show or something, I bet everyone would love it. Also stickers on the outside of the window collect dust around them. Not attractive.

Okay, I hope you're right about this. So...

1. Get vinyl put around the dot matrix. Do I just do it on the top or all the way around on the windows? And do I get solid black vinyl around or what?

2. Get the window tint.

3. Get a strip of limo tint and take it to a vinyl shop and have them cut the punisher skull out and then have it put on the back window?

And I'm just curious will it be that noticeable or will you have to really look to notice it?

I've seen what BluBullett is describing on several cars. It's noticeable, yet subtle. A good idea, unless you get your back window tinted too dark. I was considering the same thing you are with a big white vinyl decal for the back glass. I hadn't done it yet because the car didn't have enough nuts. The new motor is being installed this week, but I don't have the blower installed, so still not putting a Punisher sticker on this car yet, haha.

Also, Team Ford made a really good point about making your car too identifiable. I was in a situation once (hand-gun self-defense from a maniac kind of situation) that had me so worried, I was close to selling my car. It stands out around here.

Meh I don't really care because I'm not a psycho driver, nor do I have any enemies or make any so I'm not worried, but I do like the idea of that ghost flame sort of look. I was thinking about putting red neon lights on the inside of my car in the back. Would that make the red lights glow through the less tinted areas and have the punisher skull stand out more at night?

I'm going to find out what percentage I'm getting my windows tinted and let you guys know so you can tell me if the limo tint will stand out on that percentage.

Huge stickers and neons!!:nonono: Ummm NO.

I would do what back2mustangs said about layering the tint. But honestly I would just tint the windows and leave it at that. Simple and clean is always the best way to go.

If you take it to a quality tint shop they will know what to do about the vinyl, Mine is just on the top but I bet you could put it on the sides too. Yes it is solid black vinyl. Use the darkest tint they offer for the punisher cut out and either the same or one stage lighter for the base tint on your back 3 windows.

I used to have a red punisher decal on my back window. My car is all blacked out minus the stock rims from 99'. I liked it, but down here in the florida sun after about 2 1/2 years, it started to peel....guess I should have had a pro put it on!
