Hey everybody. I have a 96 GT and this winter I plan on removing the engine and building it for boost. Well I decided to install a steeda qa1 k member to make the removal easier since the long tube install was difficult with the stock k member. So when I went to install the k member I had to modify a arms bolts and grind down the a arms. The car was already lowered. Once I let it down on the ground the k member must of lowered the car more because now the tires are sitting up in the fender well almost sitting on the fenders. The alignment is WAY off which I kind of expected but not as bad. I called QA1 and they said it is not for street use and that it will only work with skinnys up front and track use only. My question is what do I need to do to correct all this? Do i need coilovers,x2 balljoints, caster camber plates, tubular control arms, and aftermarket struts? Or should I just get ride of this k member and look elsewhere. I like the added room and weight savings. I am looking at coilovers to bring up the front end since its bottomed out. I was thinking about buying this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/79-0...arms=39:1|65:1|240:1318&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245 and buying my own springs to use with it. Has anyone used dynamic racing coilover kit? Is it any good? Can I use any aftermarket coilover spring with it? Thanks in advance:flag:

Thats what I was thinking ebay is sketchy but with me needing all this crap Im trying to save a little dough and I thought maybe someone else has had experience with it.

I have a QA1 kmember with their Aarms and coilovers and it rides and tracks just fine. It is completly streetable. I would suggest coilover so you can adjust the height but buy real coilovers and not the crap you find on ebay.
