I have an 03 GT that has a bad cat. The thing rattles like theres a rock in it. I'm think about putting in an off road mid pipe but i don't want to have issues come sticker time. I just moved to Nashua NH from Mass if that makes a diference. I was thinking about a getting a Pro Chamber and also woundering if that would be considered a cat for the visual inspection? Any info would be great.
