The car is running alcohol, it acts like a chemical intercooler. The injectors in the car car 550lb+.

Not hating, just don't find it particularily appealing or unique. Of course it's demented, but you can flip on any NHRA sponsored event one weekend and see 100-cars just like it (not exactly, but you know where I'm going). I get more revved up about cars that anyone could own that can be built scary fast in the driveway, or garage at home with off the shelf parts that still retain the majority of the stock (or at least a streetable) drivetrain. Those are some huge freaking turbos! I'm sure that car will be very scary.
For those hating on the car because it has a tube frame chassis, get real. There's no way you could control 2000 hp without a serious chassis and rear suspension setup and there's no way to build that rigid chassis and proper suspension inside the stock frame. Like the tube frame or not, it is necessary! After all, it is suppose to race and post quick times, not blow tire smoke the whole 1/4 or break at launch. Think about it, how many unibody 6 second cars have you seen?

That is indeed insane....but come on....at this point can we even call it a car anymore? The only Grand National parts that are left of that thing aren't more than a few body pannels that once resembled the car.
I was just thinking the exact same thing.Ahhh, to have piss loads of money and the ability to spend it foolishly.
