I thought I was too Keith, but Pete called me last week and told me that Dave Moore and NW custom's is putting on a little event down at Windy Ball for the old school 250R's and wanted me to come out.

pony, that is a good number for your 450. Where did you have it dyno'd? What size is your jug?

i had it dyno'd down at craz-e-deals and it made 57/37 and i had some problems they couldnt tune out. i just got it re-dyno'd up at s&s in puyallup and it made 62/41 sae on the dynojet.

its a 101mm bore, 500 cc's. stock compression and crank still. it runs real good for a bike i can still take on the trails and idle around.

sick pictures btw. we need to hit florence next time when the weather is nice.

Cool sounds like fun. I hope the weather is nice for the trip :nice: Take some pics.

I figured you would have torn it down and started the install of the Pyscho Jug 667 kit :D

Have fun and let me know if you plan any day trips to SL. I've been thinking about making it out there when the weather is decent.

looks like we are hitting the sandbox this comin fri or sat when the weather breaks.

i need to get some jetting chit figured out by then too. it wont idle still and ive got a nasty a/f dip from 4-6k. ill be out ridin it either way if weather holds..

cant miss my bike, black/blue 450 with longtravel.

Lol, no, nothing much planned for the motor this winter. Pete is going to lighten the frame a bit, remove the grab bar and add an aluminum piece in its place then have it powercoated.

I am looking for a 21-24 ft toy hauler this winter though....

Bike goes to Pete after the Thanksgiving trip.

Hey, I was going to tell ya, I feel like calling ya to hang out since we are VW owners at the moment:

There are quite a few 450 bikes running extended swingey's these days, but not many in your color scheme.

I'm assuming your going to Sand Lake to ride this coming wkend? Wait 2 more wks and bring your 450 down to Windy Bay...

i got a few things on my bike that stand out... my arched swingarm, remote mounted reservoir, LT front end and colors, blue lockout clutch, ect. it stands out if you know me.

my cousin has vacation this next week. otherwise, we are limited 95% of the time to just day trips. at that, they are on sundays :notnice: we just went to winchester for 2 days.

what size is the enclosed? i dont have a truck either. we use my cousins truck to get them everywhere.

im contemplating buyin a truck for myself, or another cobra.. probably end up with the termi again :nice:

Good luck on the toy hauler. Let me know what you're looking for and I'll keep my eye's peeled.

When you figure out what your plans are let me know. If it's dry on Sat I may load up and head down there.
