Bilstein Struts with MM c/c plates

I'm putting these on my car right now and I understand I do not use the MM urethane bushing. So does it go shock, dust shield, small washer, bearing, 1 small, 2 big washers, nut? The reason I ask is as soon as I tighten down the nut the dust shield twists and jams it self again the shock really bad. I think the top of the dust shield (the little metal on the inside) might be bent a little, they do have 30k on them. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes they are.... I went ahead and ordered those. I just wish I knew that ahead of time!
