well i have stock gears so dont know how much that will really help me, also i will say i do not want to put a steeper gear in, im leaving those stock, i drive too much to mess with that

actually that had been a thought in my mind, i would go with long tube since thats all ive seen that seem to perform better, but how much could i get out of my used x pipe since i would need to get a short catted x pipe or can a shop make these ones connect to the headers? also whats a good brand of headers?

if i could swing getting an aluminum driveshaft i totally would. i have heard from several people in my local club that while they dont increase power they help in getting more of the power you already have to the ground. it gives you a SOTP kick as well.

makes me wish i would have bought one when they were 160 a few years ago

thats what i have heard and y im interested, im kinda looking to shave like a .1 off my track times so whatever with free up power or add it is what im looking into or maybe suspension that will help put the power to the ground even, i just dont know where to start

I have an aluminum driveshaft I put it on after I had gears for a year or so.. the only thing it helps with is vibration and to smooth out the drivetrain other than that no significant improvements.

You could get either Headers or Gears. But before that!!! do you have a custom tune? or just an off the shelf tune? if you don't have a custom tune GET THAT! trust me you'll notice a difference. Don't do cams Theres alot more work than you think...

i just have a regular diablo out of the box "performance tune", how much would a custom tune really help? i suppose i could get my dyno numbers at the same time which would be nice but for the money is a custom tune worth it compared to something else?

also dog vomit i really would love a supercharge but not on this car since its a daily driver, nitrous seems nice but there are so many components and pieces out there to make it safe its kinda intimidating to jump into that can of worms. but maybe i really do like that idea

Absolutely, long tubes are the only headers worth the hassle (or Bassani mid-lengths I guess). I think you can have your x-pipe modified to fit, but I'd ask to be sure. I am thinking about doing a set of MAC long tubes soon.
