I just replaced everything (clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, TOB) about 6k miles ago, but over the last 2k the TOB has started squeeling again. I adjusted the clutch so there was a little pressure on it at all times to lessen the squeeling but that only lasted for about a week before the squeeling was as bad as before. well I undid the adjustment and now theres like a knocking when the clutch is engaged and you can feel it in the pedal.

While driving it's fine, but of course the TOB still squeels.

Is the clutch cable stretched maybe? Leaving enough play that things are loose?

Could be a bent fork or a bad tob. I have had them go bad after 2k before. Sucks b/c u have to pull the trans to fix but where ever u got it from should warranty it out. Or if u fork is bent a little it could be putting too much pressure on the tob and causing it to wear down the fingers on ur clutch.... Might want to pull it apart before u cause more collatteral damage.

i no this kinda sounds stupid but check ur motor mounts! my buddys car was making a knocking noise in the tranny when clutch was engaged, i crawled underand found a bbusted motor mount. put a new ones on it and problem was solved!!!
