Gosh, these fox bodies are addictive!!

After I got rid of my first one, I knew I needed another one. Eventually, I came across the right one. And I can't get out of this one. Between paint, body work, and a new top, I'll never get back what I put in. And if I count the pile of parts in the garage, I'd be killed on a sale. For what I have in parts, I could buy another fox and then some.

I've had 9 Mustangs. And I hord parts at work like a maniac. I save eveything little clip, nut, bolt, brackets, big parts, little parts you name it. Just in case I ever need on for another build....haha

I do the same. This very practice saved my $100 a week or two ago when I decided to swap out the EGR valve and EGR position sensor on my '84 - runs almost like a new car, now. :nice:

In fact, every time I'm walking down the street or through a parking lot and I see a random bolt or nut or washer, I'll pick it up and pocket it. Believe it or not, lost-and-found hardware has saved my butt more than a couple of times when I was in the middle of something and the hardware store was closed on a Sunday. :D

Unfortunately, my collection of spare parts and projects-yet-to-be-done has just about overrun my entire spare room. :(

I finally got to the point where I'm no longer "obsessed" but after all this time I can't seem to get myself out of these cars. It's been a two decade-long affair that I don't see ending any time soon. At some point I will upgrade to a newer DD but for now I just don't need to. Granted, I do have the luxury of not having weather as an issue.

I've had my '89 LX for 6 years and might consider selling it only to replace it with a notch. I bought my white AOD notch as a DD from the guy down the street and now I wish my '89 was a notch too. The only reason i'm considering keeping it is that i've put so damn much time and work into it but if the right color combo notch came along...

My brother has a super clean '83 Hatch to boot.

lol..yea..I have not really been active on here. I port heads for the sport compact side and have been occupied over there for some time. I'm 32 and have had Fox's for the last 15 years of my life. I am no poser I assure you!
