What to do next!?

haha yeah just a single 23year old machine operator here so i have a lil extra money to throw towards the car.... yeah i have all the mods in sig in my room now, headers will be here Jan6th, im waiting till they come and gonna install all of them at the same time. My girlfriends dad is a Ford certified Mech so he will be hlping with install of everything to keep my labor costs down. i've pretty much got most all of the boltons except for delete plates. I will be ordering them in the next week or 2. After that i will be focusing on a set of cams and needta do some suspension work or else i will prolly have some traction issues :rlaugh: I will def. be taking pictures of everything once i start to get stuff on and post them on here and how the install went..... im going insane now trying to wait

I wouldn't pay extra for the billet delete plates. From what I remember of mine when I installed them they had plenty of meat to port match to the heads, but I really wouldn't bother unless you have ported heads cus they were pretty close as it was. More than that I'm going to spring for an aftermarket intake whenever I do heads/cams.

For the cams, I'm really thinking about the Blow By Racing cams, I've heard good things.

P.S. My setup is pretty similar to what you're looking at (stock cams though of course), and I made 306 rwhp with a canned tune and about 1800 miles on the clock (probably a bit more now that I have 15000 miles and it's a bit more broken in).

Blakdout,

Maybe you should think about replacing the Ford rods and pistons with forged stuff before you try for 400 HP. I'd hate to hear that you've blown your motor.

I would!

i had heard the billet were better port matched but if what you say is true i may just do the ones with butterflies removed.... what longtubes are you using?

Sorry man, didn't see you replied to my post. I have the OBX LT's. Good headers for the money.

From what we've seen from the new C&L intake, that is a serious option if it costs less than a grand.
