91 mustang 2.3 to 5.0 fuel concern

I am switching my 91 2.3 mustang to a 5.0 I have a pcm from a 89 gt and the harness that comes off the pcm to the outer fire wall. I also have the engine harness for the injectors. What I am having concerns with is the 4cly has a Intergrated module under the hood but I have found under the drive seat a plug and wiring for a fuel pump relay. I was wondering is this wired like the v-8 cars and if so where do they brake the wiring for the intergrated module to relocate the relays?

I think a 93 harness (gt) has them under the seat... (might be back wards here and they are the only one that don't)

92-93 has then at the passanger fender, 88-91 have them under driver seat, But the 4 cly has a relay port but is wired into intergrated box under hood.
