My wife ordered a CAI for my 99 Cobra Dec 6th. After a few days of no communication, she inquired and was told it would be 5-7 days to process the order. She waited another 5 days, she emails again. Another 3 days, another email. Both with no response. So I contact Brian(owner?) and he emails me the day after Christmas even though they aren't open. He says he'll get all over it on Monday. So I'm thinking "he's the man, no more worries". Well Monday evening...... nothing. My wife gets an email from customer support and they are saying the part is back ordered for another 2 weeks. She ordered it Dec 6th! I emailed Brian Monday night, and have not heard anything as of Wednesday 10:30am.
I guess what I'm asking is "is my experience unique?" I heard alot of good stuff about them but this is my first experience, and so far it's lacking. I mean 38 days to get a part and not giving the option of a full refund? It just doesn't make sense, everything I read said they were great and a friend even suggested to my wife to use them. Has anyone on here used them before? And if Brian or anyone who works for THR is on here, I'm not trying to make you guys sound bad, I just am wondering about the part. If I get it soon, I'll sing your praises for fixing a messed up situation.
