I may be going to look at some wheels this weekend for my 96 Cobra. The one's I've got my eye on are OEM 17x9 chrome wheels off a 04 Cobra. They are suppose to be in excellent condition, pics show that. What all should I be looking for when I go look at them? I know the easy stuff like scratches, curb rash, and pitting. Maybe looking at the "tunnels" for the lug nuts. The tires should have 85% tread, no plugs or patches. Anything else I should have my eye on? Thanks.

Sounds like you have it covered pretty well.

Only thing I would add is to look at the condition of the valve stems and make sure they aren't cracked or brittle.

Good luck.
