Chris, are you taking an inch out of the wheel?

If I recall, there is a shop that only specializes in widening, narrowing wheels in the midwest that is top notch. Are you going local? I can try to dig through some old threads if you are interested. BTW, those wheels are sick.

Thanks Mark, I'm either going with Eric Vaughn Machine:

Or weldcraft wheels:

Eric is in North Part of LA - might just bring em there once i go see my GF.

It's not really a lip, the spoke just dont go all the way out to the edge, the spokes look pretty much the same. By not going all the way out they sorta hug the front brakes, which looks cool:

The back would look bigger since they actually look like 19's sitting here. Giving it a bit of a racked look.

There is no such thing as RR03's in a 18x9 appearently - thought there was due to Matt's car. But 08 mustangs just run 18x10's all the way around. I could have two wheels cut 1 inch - but i dunno how much that'd cost or how that'd mess up my spacing.

These really hug the brakes but not sure if I like them yet.

I ordered two 295/35/18 Firehawk Wide Ovals for $480 shipped. Not bad

Going to run a 255/35/18 on the 18x9's up front. Still 10.2" of rubber. Going to go with something cheap like a General Exclaim UHP or even a cheapy Nexen N3000. Anyone have advice on not running cheap tires up front?

You will not be disappointed in those tires. Those are the exact tires and size that I have on my car, and they handle great, rain or shine, and work well at the track. For a street tire, those are the best I have run over the years. Great choice.

Cool, thanks man. Yeah, i've heard great things about it from people. On par or better dry tration that KDW's and way better water traction - KDW would have it in the corner i think though.

What i like about em is they protect the wheel too, which is a good thing on $2900 wheels:

And they are damn wide, 11.9"
