Roush Bigger tires on a Saleen?

The tires I have on my Saleen are 275/35/20. I have the Saleen 20" rims. I've been having a lot of problems with the tires spinning every time I rev over 4,000 rpm. I have looked into getting bigger tires to increase my contact point on the rear tires only.
My question is...if I got 285, 295, 305, or even 315s on it would that work with the Saleen rims? Or would the tire end up touching the wheel well? Ideally I'd like to get the biggest tire I can...315s...also there really isn't a problem if I got 30s instead of 35s is there? I mean wouldn't the rim just be closer to the edge of the tire?

I'm assuming you have an '05-'09? If so, the new Extremes run 305s on the stock Saleen 10" (upgraded) rear wheels. I think Saleen uses 305/35/20 tires. I know you can get PS2s in that size.

Note, though, that 305s will NOT work on the 9" front/non-upgraded rear wheels.

I think 315s would surely rub in the back.

I plan on getting 305/35/20s on my rear wheels once I use up my stock 275 rubber.

I have 305/35/20 Nitto Extreme Drag's on 9" rim they fit nice. I wouldn't go any taller. The sidewall isn't flat like stock. The Tires are a bit wider than the rim so they has a diferent "Drag" look.
