soooo....what'd you run?

nothing great.

13.9 first run because i launched it way too high and had a 2.5 60 ft time.

13.8 the second time which was looking great, 1.9 60 ft time, but i missed third and was coasting for a little bit trying to get it into gear. going off all the rest of the times on the slip before third gear i was thinking it would of been aroudn a 13.0 or faster.

also the 13.9 when i had no traction my PSI was at 30.

for the 13.8 with my b est 60 ft time i had dropped it down to 23 and didn't get a chance to fully heat em up like i wished

now on my to do list before next track day - line lock, 2 step, and the che k member brace with the torque bars

no problems with wheel hop or anything though.

although, from what it seemed, i was basically the fastest car out of all the time trial runs. my friend ran a 23. hahah.

I bought my 427R in May 2007. Ordered it new in mar of that year. All I have done to it is a Roush Pulley upgrade and tune and some CDC hood struts. It has 2400 miles on it and I paid it off this past nov. Its a blast to cruise in when I get the time.

 paid off already? :jaw: I'll probably be retired by time i ever get mine paid for :( :(

i know what you mean.

i'm hoping to try to pay it off in the next 2 years. my loan is for 7 years, and its been about 6 months so far. and i just got done paying off the interest.

but after i pay off the other debt i have i'm going to make like 3 payments a month.

and just use overtime money as mod money.

mines a 7 year loan but i dont have a lot of spare $$'s since i bought my first house, so now i have a house payment and car payment.

figured i'd work down my house much as i could first, and pay extra on the car as I could. Since I always wanted a mustang figured I'll have her a long time - and mods will come "slowly"

It wasn't easy. I had a 5 year note but made double payments every 2 weeks along with a few extras thrown in. It feels good now but it sure wasn't any fun watching those big payments going to Ford. Now I can enjoy it and move on. I guess the good thing is I would have lost most of that money in the stock market if I would have been playing that so it all worked out for the best. :nice:
