My understanding is the 94-04 Cobra/Bullitt/Mach 1 brakes are identical in function. They all require the same 13" rotors and all will bolt up to our spindles. I don't know about the piston size, never heard that before but that doesn't mean it isn't true.
Of course, the Cobra calipers have "COBRA" etched into the caliper, the Bullitts are painted red and have the running horse logo, and the Mach 1 calipers are plain unpainted. You can always paint the Mach 1 calipers red or any other color.

The Cobra/Bullitt/Mach brakes are physically identical except for the COBRA lettering on Cobra brakes and red paint on Anniversary brakes.

The Red ones that say Cobra are on sale for only $20 more than the Mach1's right now for the complete package!
I just bought a Foxbody Saleen and it has the spindle conversion with 03 GT brakes. I found a guy giving away Cobra Rotors so I'm just going to buy the Calipers for $229 in red, because of the sale they are $110 cheaper than the Black Cobra ones!
