I can't believe I've been on these boards for almost 8 years now. :SNSign:

I guess I've learned a lot and met a ton of great people through this hobby.

I remember when I first bought my 02 GT and had my brother drive it home from the dealership b/c I didnt' even know how to drive stick....and now it sits in my driveway with a built motor, supercharger, tranny, rear end and 500rwhp.

Ahh...I don't even like to think about all the money I've spent on this thing.

Driven my car all the way down to GA and Ohio for events.

Put it on Ebay and I think it's more than likely going to hit the reserve this weekend. It's priced to sell so it looks like I'll be bowing out of the mustang game very shortly.

So.... whats next?

Dont do what I did...

Thought I'd grown out of it too... mid '05 bought a Maxima :D quick, but 'grown' car...

long story short... in 3 months had Fujita cai, pnp intake, hotshot headers, full exhaust, adj. shocks, springs, Apexi Neo, cpu sent off for 3 weeks for tune...

I had a reality check... pulled mods off, sold for a used '05 GT.

Just make sure you are out of it! LOL

OR...

...whats next!?!

No Clue....I just picked up a new 2009 Acura TSX that I'm using as my daily driver....I'll definitely be back in another sports car soon....who knows...maybe another mustang :)

Hard to not miss a 500rwhp ride bro.
Its one of those things that no one can tell you. You have to live and learn all on your own.
I hope you make the right choices.

Nice car :nice:

HOLY **** that a nice car to be selling, also im and experiencing the same energy drain problem from my car. So its the alarm system that does it because i keep a car charger in my trunk at all times now.

Less than 24 hours to go.

I got a bunch of new offers offline today so if it doesn't hit the reserve this will still definitely sell very soon off ebay.

I don't think I've come to terms with letting it go yet :(

My personal opinion is that if you can afford to take a 25K hit on the car, you can afford to let it sit in the garage with fire and theft on it for 16 bucks a month while you come back to your senses.

I've taken a few years off from playing with my Notch, bought an import as a DD and then one day woke up unhappy and wondering why I just didn't feel complete.

Few calls later, import was sold and on came an 04 GT as a DD and yup, the Notch stays safely tucked away.

well I'll be damned say it aint so.

This is the very first "mustang" forum I posted in and I remember when you just got the mongoose kit.

I definitely know what you mean by learning a lot. Just three years ago I didn't even know how to drive stick either. Now look what I got myself into. lol

This hobby can be a lot of fun but at the same type...very expensive
