No ignition

My 99 mustang died today. I was taking the car to the inspection station when the check engine light came on then the car just shut off. it would not restart. No ignition motor is turning fine and you can smell the fuel. Checked the fuel line just to make sure it had pressure-there is plenty. Car will not start at all even after cooling off any thoughts:(

First instinct would be the crankshaft position sensor. It's up on the front passenger side of the engine under the AC compressor. Make sure the connector is properly seated. Any work done to the car lately?

Yep. Motor was put in on Friday. Car ran all weekend. I did forget to mention that it threw codes 1132, 1152, 0172, and 1500. I looked these up and the first two indicate a rich condition in the left and right bank. It seems that the entire ignition system was week to begin with. The car was sitting for almost a year while I was on deployment. I did swap out CCRMs just to make sure that wasn't an issue. Also all fuses are fine. it ran all weekend (at idle) for thirty minutes at a time. I will take a look at the sensor though.

replaced cam and crank sensor. Took alternator and battery to autozone. Alternator checks good battery is good but is not being charged ( low voltage) I'm starting to think PCM. That's the only thing left in the loop. Like I said earlier the car was running this weekend. Any thoughts ? Anyone???
