You guys have wicked sweet cars and they do nothing but see the garage wall...so sad. :(

no kidding, i dont understand why people will only drive their sports cars on days where there are zero clouds, weather has to be between 75 and 80 degrees, and all these conditions have to fall on only saturday. If not it stays inside:notnice:. I have my 01 GT that is about to hit 110,000 probably tomorrow and it still runs beautiful and I actually drive my car.

I wish... I have never had a "NEW" car... I bought mine in september of 06' with 30k on the clock & she has around 52k currently....Mine sits in the garage 98% of the time too, but that doesnt mean I enjoy it any less than the owners who daily drive theirs....

I envy how fast some of you guys paid off your cars. I am 3 years into my loan & still owe a ton...:nonono: Shouldnt have bought so many mods & just focused on payin the S.O.B off instead...

WOW, I just realized my car hit 50k back in october, & I have only driven it 2,500 miles since then...

Im on the opposite side of that. I drive an 05 Camry and a 97 F150, and the Mustang only sees sunny days (and never sees snow). If i ever see a Mustang or Corvette..etc. out in a rain storm, i always wonder if they got caught in the rain, or do not own a "daily" car. Thats just me

Ordered mine the summer of 01 and took delivery 10/05/01 has 34,xxx on it right now. Put about 100 or so miles on it last year. It was a 1000 miles away from me. Got it shipped down here to Tx almost 2 months ago and put about 300 miles on it. Feels good to have it back. :headbang:

I'm really glad to see I'm not the only crazy nut with low milage. I took possession of mine on May 23rd, 2001 in Colorado and it now has 24k on the clock.

Last year I shipped it across the Atlantic to Denmark and just got it registered to drive here.

When I bought the car in 2001 it cost approx. $22,500 and the registration fee I paid three weeks ago to drive it here was ... $21,000. No, I'm not kidding - but at least it's quite the attention getter.

I just choose to drive another car in bad weather. Its not like I can really open the stang up in the rain or have the top down, so I'd rather drive something else and keep the miles off her.

Plus... it might get DIRTY if I drove it in the rain!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

LOL,that's my issue, getting her dirty,i barely have time to dust my GT off,let alone wash, and wax it LOL!Having a family does that i guess. But that's another reason mine doesn't get driven much,a mustang doesn't sit 5 passengers. And then there is the long cold winters where she sits more, with the snow we get some winters,i wouldn't even get her out of the garage .So that is where my '06 F150 supercab comes into play,to cover all the above. It get's dirty,it goes threw the car wash, that is the extent to my detailing LOL!

It IS hard to see many 2002 and older GT's w/less than 20k miles. When I first got mine, I wanted to drive it as often as I can. It was a DD for 5 years then I retired it from those duties when got my Cobra; plus I have a beater car for those "bad weather" days. Just a few weeks ago, I drove my Cobra from GA to Indianapolis and back - 1600 miles roundtrip that weekend.
