Did anyone ever figure out exactly what fan that is and what its specs are? I ended up with the exact fan. It isn't what I thought I was getting. I was told it came from a 96 crown vic. 93vertlx, did you end up using the fan?

part # is F3LY8C607A

93-96 use p/n F3LY 8C607 A @ 245.80
The 93-96 spin 1100 rpmson low and 1850 on highspeed.

97's use p/n F7LZ 8C607 AB @ 196.23
98's use p/n F8LZ 8C607 AA @ 140.11
The 97-98 spin 1800 on low and 2225 on high.

They all look the same, all come with a shroud. The 93-96 spin slower according to Ford Motorsport Tech line.

Yeah, you've got it backwords 5L5 - The 97/98 Mark VIII fans move more CFM than the 93-96. I've personally tested them side by side.

93VertLX - I believe the fan you have pictured is out of a Crown Vic/Grand Marquis, the mid 90's fan setup when they had a belt driven fan with a big shroud and then that electric fan mounted inside the shroud to keep the AC blowing cold when moving at slower speeds.

The later, 99-ish+, Crown Vics have a really big electric fan that will no way fit under the hood of a Fox, it's like 8" deep!
