Well I finally got new tires on order after the Stang has sat for about 8 months with rotted tires one that blew out.

My question is since I lowered the stang It will not stay aligned the guy at the tire shop said he don't have enough adjustment to align it properly.

I put in new caster/camber plates but it obviously wasn't enough.

I know the shop that lowered it did not install the new offset bushings for lowered cars in the steering rack that came with the bushing kit, Could that be the problem?

I know the car was hit before I bought it and maybe it could be from that, I really need to find an expert to look at it but here in the middle of knowhere its hard to find a quaility machanic with that skill.

Maybe I just need to raise the car back up and put the old springs back into it!

Please help and thanks in advance.

What are the alignment specs right now? Most plates can be flipped to allow for severe lowering. What configuration are your plates in (if they have the flipping option)?

I am not sure that are Hotchkis caster/camber plates and a shop installed them maybe tomorrow I can try to snap a few pictures of them and post them.

Thanks!
