I went with the Spyder Shaft. It is a perfect fit with no adapters like some of the other brands out there. I don't know wnything about the Dynotech though.

What about the Shaftmasters unit? Does anyone have any experience with that?

I have a SpyderShaft on my 05 GT. Dynotech makes good DS's. They didn't have one for the S197 GT's when I was looking.
Steeda's aluminum DS is the SpyderShaft...
Actually, its not. I had a Spydershaft they took out to put theirs in. It looked different. Welds were much nicer on the Steeda one. Almost like a machine did it instead of a person. Don't know how else to describe it.
Actually it is. Steeda first started selling the LRP Spydershaft, then made arrangements to have it rebadged as their own. This was brought up on another board where reps from Steeda confirmed this...
Care to explain to me then why they looked different then? They werent even close. The spydershaft looked like Ray Charles did the welding. The shaft Steeda put in looked like a robot did the welding. Night and day difference. Oh, and the Steeda didnt vibrate like my Spydershaft either.
