I'm keeping Cats on my cars because in the past I've had out of state LEOs enforce their laws on my Ohio plated cars,
and I've had out of state LEOs enforce Ohio laws on my car(s),
I figure I will dodge a bunch of the BS if I keep things so they will pass a cursory visual.
Just throwing this out for consideration.
Thanks for your advice!
I noticed that the ERG and something else seems to be bolted onto the intake. If i remove this, won't there be a gaping hole where it was? I'm not too familiar with these 2.3s. On a V8 the egr is easy to plug. There's also a pipe that attaches to the carb wherein water flows through. Can I plug this as well?
Sorry about my queries but another thing was that when we ran her for a while, she died and it felt like there was no gas. we checked and we did have ample gas in the tank. my son poured gas into the carb to prime it and it boiled up. You can hear the poured gas boiling in the carb.
