Saturday looks good as far as the track. The PMAS meter wont ship out until thrus so Im going to stop by lowes/Home Depot and pick up some couplers to get the C&L Meter to work w/ the filter that I have so I can at least get to the track this weekend.
 
everything fits w/ the couplers that I got, barley though there is not one CM left of room the filter is pressed right up against the front but it will make due for the track Saturday. Been a long time since I have been able to at least get some better times from back in 07. Id like to break the 12.5 barrier
 
get that finished up soon.

Im going to get to Epping early on Saturday but not sure if the track will be dry yet from tomorrow's rain we will be getting. Even if it's not dry first thing in the morn they will be racing b/c there is no rain coming for Saturday so I will get some runs in
 
Bryan, Thanks for letting me fix your tint. Looks so much better now. Sorry, I couldn't talk much when you picked it up, just busy. Car looks nice with those rims and the brakes. Sweet lookin car now. Pull some good times at the track... You too Travis..
 
Umm I just noticed the new sig you have. When did you get a 05 with a turbo?

The new tint was long over due. Looks good and now its uniform in appearance. Too bad the weather wasn't better earlier because I would have washed it for tomorrow. I plan on being there tomorrow Travis.

Still dont have the PMAS meter yet guess they are back logged and short staffed, hopefully it comes next week. Stopped by home depot and got some couplers and got the C&L meter to work w/ the filter that I have. Runs pretty good for having a mismatched meter/injectors.


Chris- Pete put in for a retune on Aug 8th (saturday) but still has not given me a stupid time yet.
 
The clamps are pretty tight, I doubt its moving anywhere

Bryan I have your chair If your around in the afternoon I could probably swing by when I get the dyno re tune done. Today was so damn hot I got more sun then I wanted to. Last time I believe weather.com's hr by hr report, it said it was going to be cloudy all day. The car never ran any better the second run. For whatever reason my MPH was way way down more so then just the heat factor. Maybe the miscalibrated meter w/ the injectors was just to much. If the weather is good Im doing a track rental the following weds after the dyno tune.
 
I'm around all week. Right now I'm replacing the front brakes on my wife's car.
If you want to stop by and drop it off that would be great. I usually don't have my cell phone on me so I'll PM you my home phone. When are you getting the car retuned? Is your new meter going to be here by that time?

Well I was pretty rusty the other day and didn't have any spectacular times. A couple in the 13's and the lowest was a 12.3 :notnice:. Checked out the wideband a couple of times while whipping down the track and it showed I was in the mid 11's. Definitely a fun time.
