Emissions Woes. please read :)

Ok so just took the ol stang to get IM'd so it could be registered and such... well that was a fun time haha

here are the results (get ready for a laugh)

Car 1989 Mustang GT hatch
Motor: mild build 302 (no longer F/I'd) Parker Tunnel Web Intake Mani , holley 750CC DP carb, Trick Flow Cam, 289 heads (ported), shorty headers, flow master 40 series and hollowed cats (yah i know dont even say it lol) with a small shot of juice (175)

So here is the deal I leave back for iraq in a few days and want to get it registered before I leave. So i need a list of counties I can register it in. or if someone has a hook up at the DMV.

have any relatives on the coast? in grays harbor they dont require emmisions..thurston county too i believe along with quite a few others. If all else fails you can register it in my name, and leave it at my house of coarse :D
 
As military, you should have some additional options like registering and licensing the thing in a state that does not require emissions. Failing that option, emissions in WA are based on population density in zip code areas. Even parts of King and Pierce county do not require emissions -like Enumclaw. More rural areas do not require emissions. Even the Olympia area does not require the test. WA is not very strict on emissions, there are no on-the-road inspections, there are no inspections for safety and working brakes, etc. as in many other states.

In your case, your cam and tune are the problems. Working cats are a must have, too. What are the specs on that TFS cam?
