Which front apron should I use?

I have to make the side to match the front fender at this time there is a big gap. I have cut off another inch and will make a small lip on the front to give it a finished look.

It is not attached and it will line up with the edge on the fender. I need to trim it more around the headlight buckets so it will drop down.

Thanks, that looks good. I was thinking of a lip around the bottom to give it a finished look as well. Man, I'm feeling inspired to work on the car again.

What did you cut it with? I don't want to shred it and/or be itching for a week.

I used a cut off wheel. I had a mask, full face shield and gloves on but my arms itched for a couple of days that's way I'm in no hurry to work on it.

I've got an air body saw and a fine tooth blade, I'll give that a go. Hopefully less fiberglass floating around with that.

Why don't any of those front valances have provisions for parking lights?
The bumper version does, which is what garner67 posted. Rusty's is the "racing" version which assumes you won't be using the parking lights. The E version is too vertical to accept the stock parking lights so you're on your own with that one.

That's correct. My valance was designed to accept a stock bumper, and the round holes are for the parking lights.

However, I wanted air ducts for the front brakes. So I had the body shop cut those rectangular holes at the valance crease. Then, I fabricated a couple of fiberglass scoops that attach to the back of the rectangular holes. Also, after the body shop cut down the length of the Maier valance, they reshaped the front edge and blended the sides into the fenders.

Mine had brake duct holes from the previous owner but I fiberglassed them shut.

I took that pic last week as I was trying to mock it up. Over half the bolts didn't line up so I took a pic and called it a day. Staring at it for a while I can see where the bottom of the grille is uneven which explains why the bolt holes don't line up. The driver side of the grille opening is definitely taller. This weekend hopefully I'll get to chop the spoiler like Rusty did if I don't spend all day hammering everything "straight".
