hello out there does anyone know where i can locate a 75-78 mustang 2 bellhousing flywheel and starter assembly? i am building a 92 ranger with a 5.0 c4 trans combo and was told that this bellhousing will help with clearence issues..also does anyone know if this bellhousing and flywheel will be compatable with a 302 c4 auto out of a 94 mustang gt?

I don't think the '94 came with a C4. It was an AODE I think. The MII bell from the C4 should bolt to any other C4. I think the 141-tooth flexplate is available from Art Carr with a 50 oz. imbalance for the late model 5.0. Starter should be available from NAPA.

You want to use the high torque mini starters not the big a$$ II starter

starts better and meshs up better with flywheel the balance weight is dependent on the engine the 302 vs 5.0 used different balance scheme

Good luck finding a II bell housing only us II users are willing to admit using them. They uses a much smaller diameter flywheel which helps the Torque converter stall.
