:nice:The good news is after debating for 5mths on what wheel/tire combo I wanted, I finally ordered Magnum 500 18x9/18x10 with Nitto NT 555 255/45/18 and 285/40/18. I ordered these from a local shop LastCallRacing.com - Mustang Performance Parts, The Source For Your Horse - Mustang Performance Parts, The Source For Your Horse Although these wheels are not listed on their webpage, they were able to order them. I paid $1480 for the package.
The bad news is I have to wait until early to mid Oct before I can put them on since I am still on deployment.:notnice:

suck!

Congrats on the purchase, I have to say, I do like the Magnums, and it sounds like a good sizing choice. Cant wait to see them on the car. That sucks you have to wait --sometimes the waiting can be excrusciating. Anyhow, your doing good work, so bonus points for that. :flag:

I am almost went with 295/45/18 in the rear, but I have read conflicting issues with running that size tire in the rear. I wasn't too worried about the gearing being affected.

nope, cuz you've got the 4.10s. I am hoping to get 4.10s, and then I figured I'd run a larger rear tire to bring me back a bit toward lower rpms on the hwy. You can put on smaller drag radials for the track, to keep the full advantage of the 4.10s where you need it most (at the track).

First off, thanks for serving our country:flag:
They should look good when they're on! You wouldn't have had any issues with the taller rear tire. I've been running that size and taller for about two years (over 40K miles) and have never had any issues related to them...I'm still even on the original brakes after 78K! ...although not for much longer!
