Turbo 4 cylinder vs a stock 5.0

...At the track, it doesn't rev a lot too, I'm ussually shift around 5500, which is lower than most of the V8s around here. ;)

Video of the speedo from last year, before the nittos, no nitrous: YouTube - bhuff's 2.3 turbo, Speedo/Tach Acel

Is your tach broke? You make a comment about shifting at 5500, then in the speedo video I see you shifting much after 6000. Hmmmmm? :D

The race with the F-body is badass, though. Not only did you embarrass a LS, you did it with a 4 banger Mustang. Well done. :nice:

My tach runs right to 7000 RPM, and I shift it at 6500 on the stock tach... so I believe it 100% :D.

That video was before I learned where the best shift points are... At the track, I tried short shifting it at 5500 and was a bit faster than reving it off the scale. Besides, for the video, it looks a lot more impressive and crazy to rev it right off the scale.
