i've put 18k on my car since 02 and most of those were in the first two years. since i've been saving for awhile and got a 95 maxima as a dd i decided to upgrade almost everthing so it hasn't seen the streets for a couple years. i've prob taken it out a total of 30 times in the past 2yrs.

but i'm almost done. hopefully:D

Mine runs. It shares DD duties with my 03 WRX. When I got the WRX I drove it for like 2 months straight and the stang sat. WRX had an accident and had to go to the body shop, so I had to drive the 5.0 for about a month straight. Been alternating back and forth every week now, cause I had forgotten how much I enjoyed driving it. It needs some suspension work badly, I guess the stock suspension has had enough with 150K on it.

No, thats the suspension that ford gave it, but you're right 150k doesnt help either

Mine runs. I've had this one 2 years and put maybe 500 miles on it. Bought it as a replacement for an identical LX I regretted selling. Haven't had anywhere to work on it and give it the go through properly. It was actually picked up in L.A this morning, by the transport truck, and is on it's way to MA. It's getting a face lift this winter, and will see plenty of new england next spring.

Well I know the shocks/struts are shot, and I can see when I'm under the car that the bushings are in pretty bad shape also. I know they aren't go karts, but there is a lot of dive when I get on the brakes, and the car is real moogly through turns. My old one was pretty tight after I did some work to it, so I have plans for this one.

technically I could get my mustang back on the road with about $90 in gaskets and 6 hours of work. But "while the motors out" has gotten the best of me. Why put it back together stock when the motors on the stand ready for a cam, heads, intake. And why put the motor in a dirty engine bay, I should at least paint it black now and save time later. And why bolt a fresh motor up to a t-5 that grinds all over the place. and why put in a fresh motor and tranny in with stock gears.....

the cycle is viscious

Well the 89 is a H/C/I/14psi car, but with a stock clutch and t5. Its untuned, and the clutch slips passed half throttle. Oddly though, I drive it to class 2-3 times a week. :)

The 93 cobra ran fine last time I rolled back the car cover and took her out. Probably 3 weeks ago or so.

I drive it about 50 miles everyday back and forth to work. It's an 89 GT and has about 225,000 miles on the original engine and transmission and it still runs great ! I put used 3:55 gears in at about 75K miles so that counts as original as well. I've just recently decided to keep it (after driving a lot of later model used Mustangs and being disappointed), so I'm starting to finally put some money in her. These cars are just plain hard to beat for bang for buck !

ive had mine for a little over 2 years and its been my DD damn near everyday since i got it except for about 2 weeks total. i lost intrest in it a little over a year ago when my buddy put it in a ditch and still hasnt payed up. it prob. hasnt been washed in the past year. the damn thing just refuses to die! 192k miles and hasnt had anything done but water pump, heatercore by pass and new clutch cable, quad.

the ole girl is a trooper and doesnt care that she doesnt get any kind of love.

my 95 has the engine out and hasn't moved in about a year and even before that it had a total of about 70 miles from the year before. However I did daily drive it for about 8 months and put 20k miles on it but it was time for something more reliable which is the car in sig.

I drive Bullitt every day.

The 82 goes out a coupe times a month. Sometimes goes to cruise nights.

The Capri gets started every couple months.

The 89 gets started every couple months also.

The other three were bought as parts cars and don't run.
