I used to have a Roush scoop and with the amount of 18 wheelers I have passed on a two lane highway the scoop would have been out in a cornfield somewhere if I had only used two sided tape.
On a down side when I decided to go with the shaker scoop the two rear holes had to be filled and painted. That wasn't cheap!
