when you say msd ignition what does that mean? if you only have a coil, then you'll need a 6al or similar type box and vise-versa.

and the other big thing is a tune. you NEED a tune.

You'll want the tune after the install, otherwise I would agree with what other posters have said. If you're laying out the cash for a vortech, going for huge injectors and fuel pump(s) is not that much extra. You could do the fuel pump before, and save the rest of the installs for the same time as the supercharger (assuming you're not DIY'ing it). A good performance based installation shop would be able to handle all that at once without a problem. So I guess my advice would be to find an install shop with a dyno, get it all done at once, and then have it tuned and dyno'd right there after the install for optimum satisfaction.

i like my ProM 80mm. a lot of people like the lightning 90mm. i'd like to try the new DBAX ones. AFM is all about them now and i like the idea of being able to change the injector sizing yourself by just plugging it into you computer. soooo much easier than buying a new one or sending it out to get re-cal'ed.

they will be fine, just don't expect massive HP/TQ numbers right out of the gate with the stock stuff in there. don't get me wrong, you'll be over the 300 mark, but don't expect 400.
