this is from the oregon ohv website, you should be fine.

An ATV/OHV operating permit that is issued in another state shall be honored in the State of Oregon if the issusing state also honors an Oregon ATV operating permit. The ATV must have a resident state ATV/OHV operating permit or a State of Oregon ATV operating permit to operate the ATV on designated ATV areas. A State of Oregon ATV operating permit may be issued for all terrain vehicles owned by a resident of another state that does not have a permitting program.

Oregon will honor off road permits from the following states:

Alaska
California
Idaho
Illinois
Indiana
Missouri
Montana
North Dakota
Pennsylvania
South Carolina
Utah
Vermont
Washington *
Wisconsin

* Anyone riding in Oregon is required to have an off road permit/decal for off road areas. This is a state law. Reciprocity is granted to those individuals who have a valid off road permit/decal. This is the only permit which we accept in our reciprocity agreement with other states. Within Washington's laws, they offer reciprocity to other states under two directions, ORV permit or vehicle license. Only one is similar to our program and that is the ATV Permit/Decal. Dual sport motorcycles with license plates do not qualify under the reciprocity agreement.

I might do that if I can scrounge up the cash for another trip. We're heading back down to winchester at the end of october and I'm out of work now so moneys tight.

...best cared for stang in the PNW.
:nice:

Hey CORY, ya know there's an Aussie outfit that makes a real nice 500cc twin 2-smoke that puts out an honest 120hp... (the guys bolt em into rz350 frames) Would liven the average custom banshe, right up!

...they also make a 250hp 1100cc triple if ya need more.
:)

Good to see ya around DD:nice:

My single makes almost 120 hp DD:eek:

The DM shots quite a ways past the 120 hp mark as well. Its a flippin Rocket.

Don't need the thrill of a tripple just yet, both my single and twin are keeping the thrill quite alive :flag:

you get a go pro? :D I pre-ordered the new hd helmet hero, its not going to be here in time for our next trip to winchester though :(

Yes I bought the GoPro. When I was researching the camera I ran across your vids on Youtube. I couldn't wait for the HD version. Sounds like it will kick ass. My last trip I took over a 1000 pics (2 sec mode) and about 9 gig of video. My head hurts reviewing it all.

cool, thats actually my budy and his go pro, he bought the helmet hero for our trip in july and took a bunch of vids, for the price they take some awsome video and pictures, looking forward to seeing how the hd version works, so far looks promising.
