No you can't.
Maybe the rim will hold a 275, but under driving conditions 275's are not going to fit on the front of the car.
In fact, they really don't fit in the back without some work, like removing the quad shocks, rolling the fenders and having the perfect offset rim, even then it's high risk under any type of cornering or bumps.

To the OP, don't get all caught up on having monster tires, a few extra millimeters in width aren't going to change much.

If you need more traction, just use better tires.

sure you can, if he wants them on the front hes gotta make them fit
