Just got my new wheels and tires mounted up. Sorry for the cell phone pic quality. I will take some better pics and put them up when I can.

Front wheels are 17x8's with Nitto NT 555 225/40/17's

Rear wheels are 18x9's with Nitto NT 555 275/35/18's

nope, no rubbing issues. Wheels that came off were 14x7's, not sure about the tire size. I'll have to look when I get home.

No mini tub and only suspension mods are 620 springs. Wanting to do the shelby drop but I'm afraid it might lower the front too much.

Thats a sweet fastback. Looks good, but I like the before picture much better.

I have always wanted one exactly like it. :nice:

HaHa, I knew you would tx65coupe! I know you like the more original look, and so do I to a certain degree. Still have the stockers so when ever I can swap'em back and forth, however I really like the new look.

I know not everyone is gonna like it. Hell, my Dad is an old school kind of guy and the first time he saw it he just shook his head and was kinda pissed at me but I think it's growing on him.

Thats cool. My Dad would probably do the same thing. As long as your happy with it is what really matters. Just don't get rid of the styled steel wheels. The new wheels do actually look better than I would have thought.

Does the front of the car sit lower now?

Yeah I am definetly not getting rid of the styled wheels, and yes the front does sit lower (good eye). I installed some new springs.

Ohh, and sorry guys. Guess I should have posted this in the Talk instead of Tech section.

Very cool pics. I too am a fan of the more "OEM-style" wheels on the original Pony's; but yours look great!

I knew there must be more than one '67 in all of NC; but I've only "seen" one (in pictures); a yellow one, belongs to a guy whose family has a body shop in Laurenburg (sp?).

Thanks man! I've seen a few 67 fastback's around the Carolina's over the years but not very often.

Sweet, I like the stance.

Thanks! I always say the stance is what makes or breaks a cars appearance.
