I have always wanted one exactly like it.
HaHa, I knew you would tx65coupe! I know you like the more original look, and so do I to a certain degree. Still have the stockers so when ever I can swap'em back and forth, however I really like the new look.
I know not everyone is gonna like it. Hell, my Dad is an old school kind of guy and the first time he saw it he just shook his head and was kinda pissed at me but I think it's growing on him.
Thats cool. My Dad would probably do the same thing. As long as your happy with it is what really matters. Just don't get rid of the styled steel wheels. The new wheels do actually look better than I would have thought.
Does the front of the car sit lower now?
looks good
Yeah I am definetly not getting rid of the styled wheels, and yes the front does sit lower (good eye). I installed some new springs.
Ohh, and sorry guys. Guess I should have posted this in the Talk instead of Tech section.
Very cool pics. I too am a fan of the more "OEM-style" wheels on the original Pony's; but yours look great!
I knew there must be more than one '67 in all of NC; but I've only "seen" one (in pictures); a yellow one, belongs to a guy whose family has a body shop in Laurenburg (sp?).
Sweet, I like the stance.
