notchback are those corbeaus in there? im really contemplating picking up a set for my car instead of some black saleens.

Actually, they're Procar SCAT racing seats, they're about 160 smackeroos each on Summit's website. They fit well and feel fine, but I'll be changing them out for some black and grey Corbeaus soon...

Thanks for the compliment and for the pic! Your car looks awesome! That's exactly what I'm hoping to do to mine. :nice:

First off sick stang.

Secondly sorry for the derailment, but what happened to the chevelle? Sorry but I took almost a month long hiatus and I am lost...

Thanks man. No worries, the Chevelle got sold off to get me back into a stang. I had a string of good luck and scored great deals on some sick cars over the span of three weeks. I basically turned my '91 notch (that I paid $5600 for) into the mustang you see in the pics above. I didn't spend a dime. In fact, I made money on the deals. :nice:

let me know when that happens, im sure we can work something out.

Sure thing man, you'll be the first to know. :nice:

I think i might have an idea what's causing the strange whine under your hood, but i can't quite pinpoint it exactly...

Beautfiul car man. Thats a helluva setup!:nice:

Thank you! Yeah, the whining gets louder under acceleration and it's strangely addicting. I'm gonna have to bring it to a shop and have it looked at... :p

Could be a worn out muffler bearing. It happens.:p

A bit off topic maybe, but do you mind posting up a pic of the notch you essentially traded to this whining '99? I always love seeing a nice notch (or trunk car as the majority of Kentucky seems to call them, haha).

I just sold an '89 hatch car lowered on '96 cobras a few months back, and I really think notch fox's are the only way to go, a hatch Mustang is essentially a V8 Escort IMO. *puts flamesuit for the hatch guys that may be creepin around*:flame:

*quickly converts garage into shop, adds extra locks*

HEY 1991NOTCHBACKLX, you can bring your car to my shop free of cost :D

Haha, will do. :nice:

Nope. My grandma's Lightning was doing this a while back. It is definitely the blinker fluid.

-Will

p.s. Your car... A chin spoiler would be nice too. :nice:

Hahah, well, I always put Mobil 1 full synthetic blinker fluid in the car, and only run diesel in the tank.

Thanks, by the way. :nice:

I noticed the breather on the passenger side valve cover - do you have issues with oil seepage at WOT? I've heard of that being a problem when you remove the PCV system

I was warned by another member (LaserSVT) about the same problem. Right now I'm trying to source the stock part that goes there on the valve cover and the hose that connects it to the intake tube. God knows Ford will want the blood of my first born child plus $750 for it if I try to get it through a dealer, so I'm going to try and find it used.

When I need Ford parts, I typically check Motorcraft.com for the part #, then search ebay and google for the best prices.
