4.10s and aod tranny?

got my 4.10s installed today, its a tottally different car now, instant responce, really like the full throttle off line, hold it and when 2nd gear hits it chrips the tires pretty good, before with the 3.27s i got just a little bit, its never gonna see the track, just a fun sunny day cruiser, very happy. had it since new, never gonna sell it, been looking at the new shelby 550 turbo, it looks like the ultimate mustang. looks like the right way to go if you want really fast mustang.

Higher stall converter,valve body and a big tranny cooler. You will relive that experience again.

Personally I loved my 3:73's when I had my AOD in the car. With a catback and a shift kit the 3:73's were perfect .

ya time only thats what i have planed up, my tranny work then exhaust thats all. pretty happy just with these 4.10s, gonna take me a while to break these new gears in though, i dont drive it much, its hard to drive it slow.

When I did my gear swap I did no break in at all, I put them in and left my driveway sideways.

Did you get your 4.10 gear done at Brad or Bill ?
