wondering about how much horsepower/tourqe i will make out of my 302 with gt40 heads a b303 cam and 1.7 roller rockers, and trick flow intake

I have the same setup ( except im bored out 306)and haven't gotten it dynoed yet but i was told i had around 270 - 290 HP and cam probably get 300 with a good tune.

gt40 heads, tfs 1 cam explorer intake, stock mass air flow meter, 237 at the wheels. WITH CATS

my friend has the gt40 heads, typhoon intake, and a small cam, and dyno'd right at 251 at the wheels with NO CATS....

I've heard of others getting higher, but it'll take some tweaking and tuning. expect right around 300 flywheel, 250 rear wheel

I'm with v8only. 1st # that popped in my head was right around 260rwhp. 300rwhp not likely even with a tune, need much better heads and matched cam.

300 wheel won't happen without porting...there was a gigantic thread a couple years back on one of my local forums about an entire group of locals with gt40 heads trying to get the 300 rwhp mark...some made it, but it took porting work.

If you have a full set of other bolt-ons, you should get something like 275rwhp.
