306 right set up

Hi
I have a 306 with 5 spd transmission and was wondering what is the proper set up for it. Please see my signature for details. I would like to upgrade the TB, MAF, Injectors, Fuel Pump and FPR. What sizes???

Any ideas?

Thanks, Nick

Isn't really anything with the TB and Fuel pump, could go one size up but you probably won't see that much of an increase. Injectors should be 24#, make sure to get the MAF to make the size of injectors.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that the upgrades must be street legal, with long tubes won't be able to pass California emisions test (Maybe I'm wrong) that's why I'm running BBK shorties.

As far as I know shouldn't be an issue upgrading to #24 injectors w/ calibrated MAF on 75mm tube and 255 fuel pump. Timing wise I'm running 14 deg and a MSD blaster coil is the only ignition upgrade I actually have.

Here is my 306 setup:
E303 cam
Trickflow upper and lower intake
GT-40 cast heads
1.7 roller rocker
Converted to mass air
24lbs injectors C&L MAF
bbk CAI fender inatke
77mm mas air meter
underdrive pulleys
MAC shorty headers MAC X pipe with pro dumps
190lph fuel pump
MSD blaster coil

Thanks jcint, nice ride!!! Looks like mine except for the scoop and wheels. I was running the BBK CAI inside the fender but for whatever reason I got tired of it so I kepth the straight tube but I went back to the stock plastic box with a KN&N filter. As for the components, I'm leaning for the 75mm mass air meter, 24lb's, Pro M MAF sensor and 255 lph FP with a BBK FPR.

How much static fuel pressure 40-45???

WIll see how it works, thank you all.

I still have to order the components to install but just for the hell of it I installed a mechanical fuel pressure gauge at the fuel manifold. The Pressure goesup the just past 40 psi with ignition on engine off but when running at idle it goes down to 27 - 28psi. if I disconnect the vacuum from the FPR the pressure goes to about 35 psi. Remember I'm running 19 pounders, is this normal or is not enough pressure? I can't tell how much pressure is when under acceleration and uder load. Maybe someone using electric fuel pressure gauge can tell me.
