Dan, you're not suggesting he keep the 5 turn box while adding the rest of the factory PS components are you?
That is what I had on mine when I got it and I found it unpleasant/disconcerting with the car moving at any real speed. It was worlds better after I replaced it with a four turn, although some of that may have been from having a box that was in better shape.
I would think that with properly refurbished PS components she would find it manageable, though 95 lbs is tiny.
64/2stang, I'm agnostic on the original PS vs. Borgeson vs. R&P, but if you choose to go the original route my impression from reading a lot of posts here is that you are better off going with a quality rebuild than supposedly new components.
I think that 2+2 is referring to rebuilding kits for the various components, which is good if you have the time, tools, aptitude, and core parts.
If you have the cores, you can also pay a specialist to rebuild -- according to his website Dan/ChockoStang does it as does Stanger and a quick search of the forum should give you a good idea of their reputations. Be very wary of letting someone who lacks expertise in PS "tighten" your steering components. There are a lot of stories that start with that choice and don't end happily.
If you don't have the cores -- and I'm pretty sure you don't from your OP -- then there are dealers like Chocko who can provide complete rebuilt kits. I honestly wouldn't mess around with scrounging up the cores and rebuilding them myself, but that has more to do with the mix of time, tools, and aptitude.
